During the past years, and since the establishment of TTi, our services served more than +12000 beneficiaries of both genders and in many groups on the concept of entrepreneurship and how to start building their own business.
About Incubation
Business Incubation is the name given to the process, wherein an individual or an organization supports the establishment and growth of a start-up. Those supporting the start-up or new companies are called business incubators. These business incubators see the growth potential and weigh the opportunity before supporting or funneling funds into any start-up. The selection of a start-up involves a high level of research before any decision is taken to support or fund a start-up. In a nutshell, we can say the goal of incubation is to increase the success chances of business.
Over the years, TTi has launched 3 business incubators across Jordan: the first one in Irbid called 02Incubator, the second in Al-Karak, called 03Incubator, and lastly the 06Incubator in Amman. These incubators support more than 250 startups to help them grow their businesses.
About training
Entrepreneurial skills training provides the basics of starting and operating a small business. Such training must develop the skills associated with entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education programs often guide youth through the development of a business plan and may include simulations of business start-up and operation.
An entrepreneurship training model can be defined as a structure or layout of constructs that form the framework of an entrepreneurship training intervention. A model includes all the training elements that are presented when the training is carried out.
At TTi, Interactive training sessions are delivered by successful trainers, professionals, and startups experts, targeting entrepreneurs and startups for a better understanding of different fields of knowledge and practices needed for a successful startup. Entrepreneurship training sessions are a great opportunity to learn more about financial, legal, business, and other aspects, which are a necessity for innovators and entrepreneurs to reach their maximum potential.
About mentoring
A business mentor is someone with more entrepreneurial business experience than you who serves as a trusted confidante over an extended period, usually free of charge.
Many business mentors may advise people to develop their skills as a teacher, manager, strategist, or consultant. And a true mentorship relationship also works in both directions—your mentor gets to learn about new ideas, strategies, and tactics from you, just as you will learn timeless wisdom from them.
TTi has a network of qualified and passionate startups’ mentors along with aspiring entrepreneurs who are eager to find the shortest path toward their business goals. This service is provided to the beneficiaries either in group mentoring or one to one mentoring.
About CONSULTING
Getting started can be a complex task, with so many unknown factors to consider as an entrepreneur. Business startup consulting services provide assistance to newer ventures. Having expert advice available can significantly improve the chances of success. It can be a time-savor and highly reduce budget requirements. Just by avoiding costly mistakes alone. As a business startup, consulting services come with invaluable benefits.
Business consulting services are provided in general, but more specifically business startup services. Start-up business consultants help meet objectives and business milestones. The work of a small business start-up consultant often is also referred to as entrepreneur consulting services.

About LINKAGES
Entrepreneurship is important, as it has the ability to improve standards of living and create wealth, not only for the entrepreneurs but also for related businesses. Entrepreneurs also help drive change with innovation, where new and improved products enable new markets to be developed.

TTi is offering a set of business linkages services to support our entrepreneurs, to meet their business goals. This includes access to funds, awards, competitions, media exposures, training, exchange programs, resources, and assets.
About Research
The domain of entrepreneurship research includes a range of activities carried out by individuals and organizations to create new ventures or improve existing ones—ultimately contributing to economic growth and social development.
TTi provides specialized research services within Jordan’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, with a cross-cutting focus on social entrepreneurship, green entrepreneurship, innovation, and financial inclusion. We have collaborated with NGOs, CBOs, government bodies, and private sector actors to produce evidence-based insights that support inclusive and sustainable development.
In 2018, TTi launched Jordan’s first Entrepreneurship Resources Center (ERC)—a dynamic, continuously updated hub that offers reliable data, statistics, and ecosystem knowledge. As part of the ERC, we have released 9 versions of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Map of Jordan since 2017, reflecting the evolution of key players and sectors over time. The platform is regularly enhanced with new features, updated content, and improved usability to meet the needs of ecosystem stakeholders.
To further expand our research services, we established three thematic resource centers:

Green Resource Center (GRC) – Launched in 2022, the GRC focuses on green entrepreneurship and sustainability. As part of this effort, we developed 3 ecosystem maps highlighting green stakeholders, projects, and funding opportunities.

Innovation Resource Center (IRC) – Introduced in 2023, the IRC is a platform focused on innovation within entrepreneurship. It provides information on organizations, programs, and support mechanisms driving innovation in Jordan’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Financial Resource Center (FRC) – Also launched in 2023, the FRC offers insights into financial support mechanisms, funding sources, and access-to-finance opportunities for startups and MSMEs.

About AWARENESS
Awareness is a critical foundation for entrepreneurial success. It refers not only to understanding opportunities but also to recognizing the tools, mindsets, and support systems that enable self-employment and innovation.
Since its inception, TTi has delivered over 36 awareness bootcamps across Jordan, averaging around 3 per governorate. These bootcamps aim to promote the self-employment path as a viable career option—particularly among youth and aspiring entrepreneurs in underserved and remote areas.
Our interactive awareness sessions are led by successful local entrepreneurs and startup experts, and are built around practical business, legal, and financial themes. Each session is designed to inspire, educate, and connect participants with resources that can help turn their ideas into action.
About EVENTS
TTi actively designs and delivers events that strengthen Jordan’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and foster collaboration among key stakeholders. Working closely with our partners, we host monthly and annual events, including Meetups, E-JO, The Business Game, Life & Knife, and more.
Over the years, TTi has organized 75+ events across Jordan, bringing together entrepreneurs, support organizations, experts, and youth to explore key themes in business, innovation, and social impact. These events serve as dynamic platforms to promote networking, share knowledge, and encourage strategic cooperation between stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
