Amman, Jordan – TTi is pleased to announce the launch of the ELNA (Expansion of the Local Economy through New Green Skills and an Inclusive Approach to Markets) project, implemented in partnership with COOPI – Cooperazione Internazionale and Education for Employment Jordan (EFE-Jordan), funded by the Italian Cooperation through the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). The project forms part of a broader initiative to strengthen local economic resilience and promote sustainable livelihoods across Jordan.

The ELNA project aims to empower vulnerable Jordanians and Syrian refugees by improving access to employment, entrepreneurship, business development services, and green economic opportunities. Through an integrated approach that combines skills development, business incubation, mentorship, market linkages, and institutional capacity building, the project seeks to foster long-term economic inclusion and resilience.

As one of the implementing partners, TTi will lead a comprehensive package of entrepreneurship and enterprise development activities. These include community outreach and awareness campaigns, business ideation and pitching programs, incubation and coaching services, business mentoring, market linkage support, and the organization of a final showcase event. TTi will also contribute to strengthening green business practices and supporting the validation and growth of promising micro-enterprises.

The project will be implemented across the governorates of Amman, Madaba, Karak, and Mafraq, with a strong focus on empowering women, youth, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable Syrian refugees through inclusive economic opportunities. Over the course of the project, TTi will directly support:

• 160 aspiring entrepreneurs through outreach and entrepreneurship activities.
• 100 micro-enterprises through incubation, coaching, and business development services.
• 20 businesses through micro-grant support.
• 60 businesses through green transition and sustainable business support.

Beyond supporting individual entrepreneurs, the ELNA project will strengthen collaboration between community-based organizations, the private sector, and public institutions to create a more inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem capable of generating lasting economic impact.

TTi تطلق مشروع”إلنا” ELNA لدعم ريادة الأعمال والمهارات الخضراء والتنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة في الأردن

تعلن مؤسسة رين للتدريب والتنمية (TTi) عن إطلاق مشروع “إلنا” ELNA (توسيع الاقتصاد المحلي من خلال المهارات الخضراء الجديدة ونهج شامل للوصول إلى الأسواق)، والذي يتم تنفيذه بالشراكة مع منظمة COOPI – التعاون الدولي ومؤسسة التعليم من أجل التوظيف – الأردن (EFE-Jordan)، وبتمويل من قبل التعاون الإيطالي من خلال الوكالة الإيطالية للتعاون الإنمائي (AICS)، وذلك ضمن مبادرة تهدف إلى تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية المحلية وتحسين سبل العيش المستدامة في الأردن.

يهدف المشروع إلى تمكين الأردنيين الأكثر عرضة للتحديات واللاجئين السوريين من خلال تعزيز فرص الوصول إلى العمل، ودعم ريادة الأعمال، وتطوير المشاريع الصغيرة، وتعزيز المهارات الخضراء، بما يسهم في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة والشاملة. كما يعتمد المشروع على نهج متكامل يجمع بين التدريب، والاحتضان، والإرشاد، وربط المشاريع بالأسواق، وتعزيز قدرات المؤسسات المحلية.

وبصفتها أحد الشركاء المنفذين، ستتولى شركة TTi تنفيذ مجموعة من الأنشطة المتخصصة في ريادة الأعمال، تشمل حملات التوعية والوصول إلى المستفيدين، وبرامج تطوير الأفكار الريادية، وجلسات العرض (Pitching)، وخدمات الاحتضان والإرشاد والتوجيه، وربط المشاريع بالأسواق، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم الفعالية الختامية للمشروع، ودعم التحول نحو الممارسات الخضراء والمستدامة للمشاريع الصغيرة.

وسيتم تنفيذ المشروع في محافظات عمّان، مادبا، الكرك، والمفرق، مع التركيز على دعم النساء، والشباب، والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، واللاجئين السوريين، من خلال توفير فرص اقتصادية أكثر شمولاً واستدامة.

ومن المتوقع أن تسهم شركة TTi بشكل مباشر في:

• دعم 160 رائد ورائدة أعمال من خلال أنشطة التوعية وريادة الأعمال.
• احتضان وتطوير 100 مشروع صغير.
• دعم 20 مشروعاً بمنح صغيرة.
• مساندة 60 مشروعاً في تطبيق ممارسات الاقتصاد الأخضر والتحول المستدام.

ولا يقتصر المشروع على دعم الأفراد فحسب، بل يهدف أيضاً إلى تعزيز التعاون بين مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي والقطاع الخاص والجهات الحكومية، بما يسهم في بناء منظومة ريادة أعمال أكثر شمولاً واستدامة، وقادرة على تحقيق أثر اقتصادي طويل الأمد.
