TTi invites qualified software companies and individual service providers to submit technical and financial proposals for the Development and/or Provision of an Entrepreneurship Program Management Platform.
The assignment aims to establish a comprehensive, web-based platform to support the management of entrepreneurship and business development programs across the full beneficiary journey—from outreach and application through evaluation, program delivery, mentoring, sub-grants, graduation, and long-term impact tracking.
The platform is expected to provide an integrated solution covering program and beneficiary management, reporting and analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, data management, and relevant integrations, while ensuring scalability, security, and an effective user experience.
